Wendy Minnix is a Licensed Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. She is a graduate of Dickinson College and Millersville University, where she obtained her M S in Clinical Psychology. Since 1990, she has developed specialties in treating eating disorders and trauma with traditional approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, gestalt, and psychodynamic therapies as well as innovative approaches such as EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT and somatosensory therapies. In addition to treating individuals, couples and families, Wendy provides supervision, consultation, and training with other professionals and groups about topics related to eating disorders and trauma. Wendy strives to network and coordinate treatment with other professionals such as PCPs, psychiatrists, dieticians, and other therapists for the benefit of her clients. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
