Wendy Wood, MS Licensed Professional Counselor

Wendy Wood is a Licensed Professional Counselor with National Certification. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Asbury College and a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Shippensburg University. Wendy utilizes client centered therapy to work with children, adolescents, families, married couples, and adults of all ages with a wide variety of issues. Clinical interests include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, relationship issues, healing from trauma and abuse, ADHD, OCD, bullying issues, improving self-esteem, parenting skills, anger management, stress management, and coping with grief and loss. Wendy’s approach to treatment includes the use of cognitive behavioral and gestalt therapies, relaxation, play therapy and Christian counseling upon request. Wendy has an empathic heart and passion for change and healing.
